Lamb Chops and Lemon

The ultimate dinner party starter or main. This will serve 4 but can be a nice intimate main with two chops each!

Preparation Time: 20mins

Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

4 x Lamb Chops

1 x Table spoon of oil

15g of Butter

150ml of White wine

150ml of Vegetable stock

2 x Bay Leaves

1 x Pared rind of a lemon

Method

  1. Remove any bone from the lamb chops
  2. Shape the lamb into round pieces and hold into place with string
  3. Fry the lamb with butter and oil and cook for 3 mins either side
  4. Remove from the frying pan and drain any excess oils or fats
  5. Return to the frying pan to heat
  6. Add white wine, vegetable stock
  7. Add bay leaves and lemon rind
  8. Cook for a further 20 mins until lamb is tender
  9. Add a little salt and pepper
  10. Serve with sauce
